A 300-year-old painting stolen by a US soldier during WWII has been returned to a German museum some 80 years later.

According to FOX News The 18th-century painting, 'Landscape of Italian Character,' was returned by the soldier’s family, and then returned to the museum by the FBI in a brief ceremony at the German consulate in Chicago.
