The new premium sustainable development, called Casas da Bela Vista and located between Melides and Santiago do Cacém, which will be made up of 18 tiny houses of T1+1 types. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025, but the units are already on sale with prices up to 310 thousand euros.

Each tiny house has a private useful area of 80 square meters (m2), located on plots of land with dimensions ranging between 280 m2 and 320 m2, and has a double bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom, a common room, an open concept kitchen, fully equipped and decorated and a 40 m2 wooden balcony with access to a small garden and a walkway to the lake. The houses also have a parking space with charging for electric cars.
