The new Intermarché store has an area of more than 1,500 square meters (m2), is the largest unit in the distribution chain with a presence in this municipality and will have 50 jobs, explains Intermarché in a statement.

Ronan Simon, responsible for the new Intermarché store, stated that “the opening of this point of sale marks a new chapter in the growth strategy of Grupo Os Mosqueteiros and Intermarché (…) and also of Murtosa, where there was no supermarket of this size yet”.

Intermarché has been operating for more than 50 years throughout Europe.
