Amidst the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, Casaiberia and The Portugal News emerged as beacons of Portuguese excellence in the global real estate arena. "The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World" Conference, held in the dazzling city of lights and The “Wynn Hotel Las Vegas was hosted a week before all NFL Team Shareholders and Teams together with Taylor Smith. These esteemed entities not only made their mark but left an indelible impression, clinching victory in three prestigious categories.

The first accolade, bestowed upon Casaiberia, honoured their captivating video production, "Life in the Algarve," a visual ode to the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture of Portugal's southern region. With aspirations to extend this creative endeavor across the nation, Casaiberia envisions a future adorned with more immersive portrayals of Portugal's diverse tapestry.

In a testament to their international prowess, the second award celebrated Casaiberia's collaboration with Sibcy in Ohio, culminating in the successful sale of a picturesque property in Ferragudo's Vila Castelo with Martin Banner and his Team. This triumph underscored Casaiberia's commitment to forging global connections and facilitating seamless real estate transactions across continents.

However, it was the third accolade that truly distinguished Casaiberia within the global real estate community. The prestigious Presidential Award, an honour typically reserved for exceptional contributions to the network's growth and vitality, highlights someone in the member community for his effort in growing the Network and support of the Association, which this time had as only European Representant myself. This recognition reaffirmed Portugal's pivotal role on the world stage and Casaiberia's dedication to fostering a supportive and collaborative real estate ecosystem.

This article may appear like a self-publicity, but it is more a sharing of experiences and efforts Portuguese companies are doing to create opportunities for their business all over the World. Casaiberia is only one of them, and The Portugal News is now part of the main information paper for a lot of members of this organisation in the USA as well as overseas, New Zealand and Australia, as a source about what is happening in Portugal. A lot of members and brokers watched my panel about commercial real estate opportunities in Europe, and a great part of the attendees at this event came to us to ask about the Golden Visa Program and his end, which has had a negative impact on the investment destination of Americans in Portugal. We have then decided to make more Webinars in the Future to inform brokers all over the World about the other options for Visas in Portugal to overcome this unneeded obstacle created by the socialist government and its leftwing supporters. This shows me that we have to be more detailed in information to our non-Portuguese speaking public, and I am grateful that The Portugal News and “The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World” as well as “Luxury Portfolio International” and RIS Media are giving me the platform to do this what I am doing on given all interested parts in the world a different and more diverged view of Portugal with the view of someone who was born and life abroad for more than 30 years.

As the spotlight turns towards Portugal as a premier destination for tourism and residential investment, Casaiberia and The Portugal News remain steadfast in their mission to showcase the nation's beauty, opportunities, and potential for generations to come. Their achievements in Las Vegas serve not only as a testament to their dedication but also as a promise of a bright and prosperous future for Portugal and its people.

Mainly said this event shows again how the world is looking to Portugal as a tourist and residential destination, which assures me that the future for Portugal and investment in Portugal will not end, only if we cannot understand how to channel these efforts to make our people have a better and sustainable life, as well better incomes and a more clear politic for the future and our new generations.
