Lisbon: Intermittent cloud cover and prolonged sunny spells are forecast for the weekend with highs of 28 degrees on Saturday and 33 degrees on Sunday. The weather is to remain stable for the following week with temperatures hitting highs of 29 degrees during the day and dropping to lows of 18 degrees.
The north: Clear skies and high temperatures are expected over the weekend with highs of 32 degrees on Saturday and 34 degrees on Sunday. Some intermittent cloud cover is predicted from Monday for the following week with temperatures averaging daily highs of 32 degrees and nightly lows of 18 degrees.
The centre: High temperatures are to continue in the centre with temperatures peaking at 37 degrees on Saturday and at 38 degrees on Sunday. From Monday some cloud cover is expected but it will remain hot with average daily highs of 36 degrees and nightly lows dropping only to 19 degrees
The south: Thermometers are on the rise again in the south with clear skies predicted for the weekend when it will reach 34 degrees on Saturday and 31 degrees on Sunday with the nights remaining hot at lows of 21 degrees. From Monday some cloud cover is forecast and temperatures will average highs of 32 degrees.
Madeira: Intermittent cloud cover is predicted over the weekend when temperatures are to peak at highs of 28 degrees with nightly lows of 23 degrees. The following week the weather will remain stable with northerly winds.
The Azores: Saturday is expected with highs of 27 degrees and lows of 21 degrees. Rain showers are set to return from Sunday and are to continue for the rest of the following week, with average highs of 27 degrees and lows of 22 degrees.
