The Municipality of Silves, the organisers of the Silves Medieval Fair, which is taking place between 9 and 17 August in the city of Silves, have announced Arabic cooking sessions during the event.

Various show cooking demonstrations will take place every day at 7:00 pm, in Al-Mut’amid Square, preparing a different Arabic dish each day.
Participants will be able to learn how to make chicken tagine; Moroccan (beghrir) and Berber (msemen) crepes; various salads; chicken bastilla, among many other mouth-watering gastronomic options that no one will want to miss.
Participation in the event has no additional cost.
