His proficiency in risk management led him to manage bank-to-bank cash relationships at one of the largest U.S. banks. He then excelled in business development for private fixed income at Canada’s largest insurance firm, where he focused on serving large pension fund managers.

In the past six years, Mehdi has achieved significant success at Henley & Partners, a global leader in the investment migration industry. From his initial role as client advisor, he advanced to Managing Director of Canada and ultimately became Managing Partner of the Americas. Under his leadership, Henley & Partners expanded its footprint, opening six new offices across major U.S. cities, including New York, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Mehdi’s strategic vision and operational expertise were crucial in these expansions, encompassing everything from legal compliance to talent acquisition and team management. Additionally, he effectively managed Henley’s Canadian operations while spearheading growth in Central and South America, establishing new offices in Panama, Mexico, and Brazil.
