“Sinister Grift”, the new solo album by the Animal Collective musician, is released on February 28th by Domino Records, according to a statement from the label.

The album was recorded at Estúdio Campo, by Noah Lennox, in Lisbon, the city where he has lived for 20 years, and was co-produced with Josh Dibb, one of his partners in Animal Collective.

The announcement of the new album, Noah Lennox's seventh as Panda Bear, was accompanied by several dates on a tour that includes shows in Europe and the United States, some of which with Toro y Moi.

The tour includes six dates in Portugal, three later this year and the rest in 2025.


On December 4th, the musician will perform in Coimbra, at Salão Brazil, on December 7th in Porto, at Plano B, and on December 8th in Lisbon, at ZDB.

In 2025, Panda Bear has shows scheduled in Lisbon, at the Capitol, on March 20th, in Braga, at Theatro Circo, on March 21st, and in Faro, at Teatro das Figuras, on March 28th.

“Sinister Grift” is Panda Bear’s first solo album since 2019, the year he released “Buoys”.

In 2022, the musician released “Reset”, in partnership with the British Sonic Boom (Peter Kember), living in Portugal since 2017.
