In a statement, Carris states that among the measures to be adopted is the installation in all service stations of acrylic supports, access controlled by security guards, and the adoption as the only means of payment the ATM card.
The company also recommends that all users continue to follow the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS), namely the maintenance of safety distances, in order to avoid physical contact.
The Arco do Cego and Santo Amaro stores will operate between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, while the Lumiar, Cais do Sodré, Colégio Militar and Campo Pequeno kiosks will have a longer period of operation (8:00 am- 18:00).
However, Carris advises users to use, whenever possible, alternative means of contact, namely the telephone (213613000) or email (atendimento@carris.pt).
The company also highlights that it is necessary to have a valid ticket to travel.
