The 39-year-old fisherman disappeared after falling from a local fishing boat.

Search operations started on the same day by the Lisbon Maritime Police, the Lisbon Lifeboat Station and the Barreiro Volunteer Firefighters, and were interrupted at the end of Sunday afternoon, with no evidence of the victim.

According to the National Maritime Authority, since Monday that searches were carried out within the scope of the daily actions carried out by the entity.
