According to idealista news, Líbere Hospitality Group started its activity in Europe with the inauguration of its first asset in Lisbon.

"Líbere Lisbon Príncipe Real, a short and medium-term apartment property, is located at Rua Luísa Todi 10. "With these new apartments, the company is exporting its HospitalityTech concept to Lisbon, one of the most attractive cities in Portugal for tourists, with 2.7 million guests staying in hotels and tourist accommodation, according to data registered with INE," the company said in a statement.

The operator announced last May the incorporation of its business managers for Portugal and Italy, Pedro Silvestre and Niccolò Pravettoni, respectively, as a starting point for its internationalisation plan.

"At Líbere Hospitality Group we will continue to grow and export our business model throughout Southern Europe; and the entry into Portugal with the 'Príncipe Real' asset, in Lisbon, marks the turning point for starting new operations in other European countries", says Pedro Silvestre, responsible for business development in Portugal. The group currently has a portfolio of 37 properties, 18 of which are in operation, with a total of more than 1,200 units in 13 Spanish cities and 2 cities in Southern Europe.
