In a statement, ASAE explained that the seizure of 6,000 litres of wine, whose value exceeds €5,000, was due to the lack of labelling and the absence of an updated current account, particularly with regard to “the discrepancy” between the bottles of wine and its registration in the current account balance.
ASAE also said that it had suspended the operation of the establishment due to a lack of cleanliness and hygiene requirements.
