The national team continues its training camp at Cidade do Futebol, in Oeiras, on a day when the players most used against the Croatians, including Nelson Semedo and João Neves, who played the entire second half, should do their usual recovery work, while the rest of the group will train normally.

On Thursday, at Estádio da Luz, Diogo Dalot and Cristiano Ronaldo scored the goals in Portugal's victory, with Dalot scoring an own goal for Croatia.

This means that the national team leads Group A1 of the Nations League, with three points, tied with Poland, who went to Scotland to win 3-2. The top two places in the group will qualify for the quarter-finals.

Portugal v Scotland is scheduled for 7:45pm on Sunday, also at Estádio da Luz, and will be refereed by Italian Maurizio Mariani.

Portugal won the first edition of the Nations League in 2019 but then failed to qualify for the final four in 2020/21 and 2022/23.
