Throughout the months of April and May, training courses in Local Accommodation Management, Wine and Food and Housekeeping will be offered, which will take place in the training room at the Town Hall, attached to the Municipal Auditorium.
Participation in the courses is free, in person and entitles you to obtain a certificate.
Local Accommodation Management takes place from April 8th to 11th, from 9am to 1pm, with a total duration of 15 hours. The programme, which is aimed at businesspeople, entrepreneurs and managers in the sector, will cover the following topics: management applied to Local Accommodation; typology of services; legal and tax obligations (partners, customers and State) and management of reserves and expenses.
The Enogastronomy event, which is aimed at food and beverage professionals and other interested parties, takes place on April 15, 22 and 29, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and lasts 9 hours.
This training will cover the following areas: wine typology, delicacies and organoleptic characteristics, principles of wine and food harmonisation, pairing and regional products.
The Housekeeping training is aimed at professionals in the sector and will take place on May 5, 6, 12 and 13, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, for a total of 12 hours.
During the action, the instructor will talk about the Floor Department (Human Resources organisation); presentation and grooming; service standards in contact with customers; types of rooms and their characteristics; room cleaning and tidying techniques; laundry service (cleaning products and utensils); occupational health and safety rules and English applied to floor service.
