Lisbon: Intermittent cloud cover is to continue on Saturday when temperatures are to reach highs of 28 degrees and lows of 18 degrees. On Sunday clear skies are forecast with highs of 27 degrees and lows of 17 degrees. The clouds are to return again on Monday and temperatures are to rise as the week progresses.

The north: On Friday cloud cover is to increase and on Saturday showers are forecast with grey skies. On Sunday there will be a very small chance of rain and temperatures are to rise to highs of 27 degrees with lows of 13 degrees. From Monday temperatures are on the rise again up to highs of 32 degrees.

The centre: It will be feeling slightly cooler this weekend with highs of 31 degrees on Saturday and 33 degrees on Sunday. From Monday it will be getting hotter again with highs of 35 degrees and lows of 16 degrees, rising up to 38 degrees again by the end of the week when intermittent cloud cover is also expected.

The south: Clear skies and sunshine are to continue over the weekend but it will be feeling slightly cooler with highs of 31 degrees on Saturday and 34 degrees on Sunday. Some intermittent cloud is predicted from Monday and it will be feeling hotter again with highs reaching 37 degrees by Tuesday.

Madeira: The cloud cover of the week is to remain over the weekend when temperatures are to hit highs of 26 degrees with average nightly lows of 20 degrees. From Monday the cloud cover is to decrease and temperatures are to rise up to average daily highs of 28 degrees.

The Azores: The rain on Friday is to ease on Saturday when temperatures are to reach highs of 22 degrees with lows of 19 degrees. On Sunday there will be more prolonged sunny spells with highs of 24 degrees and lows of 18 degrees.
