"Investment in commercial real estate recovered throughout the second quarter of 2023, compared to the previous quarter, with 499 million euros transacted, bringing the volume of the first half of 2023 to 749 million euros, which reflects an increase of 18% year-on-year", says the consultant, who points out that the transaction of six hotels of the Dom Pedro group "was the main contributor to this result", accounting for around 50% of the volume transacted.

The office market added a total take-up volume of 38,320 square meters, 77% less than in the same period of 2022.
