A source from the FPF confirmed to Lusa that the organisation is submitting the complaint “to initiate the appropriate criminal proceedings and to stop the sale of tickets on these websites”, this being the usual procedure in these situations.

On Wednesday, the FPF announced that the tickets made available on the same day for sale by the organisation for the final between FC Porto and Sporting, scheduled for May 26, are sold out.

Since then, according to the FPF, it has only been possible to purchase tickets from the clubs, which sell according to “their own criteria and channels”, with prices between 20 and 40 euros. Both FC Porto and Sporting are selling tickets in phases, with priority for season ticket holders.

However, some specialised websites are reselling tickets for prices considerably higher than those listed, between 200 and 600 euros.
