The space for tasting the various dishes made from seafood from the Ria Formosa, the most important wetland in southern Portugal, will take place in an area with six thousand seats, the organisation said in a statement.
The initiative, organised annually by the Association of Nursery and Shellfish Makers of Ria Formosa (VIVMAR), also includes a vast musical program over 11 days.
