The international competition will bring together master pastry chefs from all over the world at Palazzo Castiglioni, to evaluate the quality and technique in the production of this traditional Italian sweet.

The participants were selected through tastings held in several countries, in which Filipe Martins stood out for his artisanal approach and respect for the classic techniques for preparing this delicacy.

The results of the winners will be announced on Sunday.
