At the new outlet of the luxury hotel in Albufeira, Sommelier Miguel Martins is responsible for providing wine experiences with maximum personalisation and dedication to the customer, accompanied by a menu full of authentic flavours.

According to a press release sent by W Algarve, this is a refined and unique space, which doesn’t lose the informality of a homely atmosphere. The dishes are enhanced by the authenticity of the products selected, which improves the flavour of each dish.

The menu is divided into three sections. Senza Fuoco, or Without Fire, is the part of the menu that specialises in "raw", with dishes composed of foods that remain unchanged and retain their original and primary characteristics, expressing their true essence. Senza Tempo, or Timeless, is where you can find the "irreplaceable" dishes, classics available all year round, which represent the true gastronomic expression of the customs and traditions of Mediterranean cuisine for centuries. Finally, the most dynamic section of the menu is the Questa Stazione, where we find a short but unforgettable list full of seasonal dishes with seasonal ingredients.

In fish, we can find several selections made by Chef Ciro Piedimonte with numerous options of fresh fish, shellfish and seafood such as Oysters served with Champagne vinegar and wild strawberry sauce or King Prawns served with crispy salad and tomatoes.

For meat, the typical dishes of Italian food could not be missing either. The famous Vitello Tonato, a veal loin cooked with tuna sauce and capers from Pantelleria or the Mondeghili, meatballs served with tartar sauce, are present in this new menu of Vino by Paper Moon.

The Assaggini Dello Chef, or Chef's Selection, is also the ideal option for those who decide to leave the meal of the day in the hands of Ciro Piedimonte, and is valid for meat or fish.

Finally, the desserts promise to leave all visitors to this new space with their mouths watering. The sweets menu is marked by innovation and originality, among the dishes that will make visitors end the meal with a golden key, is the Raviolo di Ananas with white chocolate, coconut sorbet and lemon zest or the Maringata, a pistachio meringue and candied orange with vanilla sauce.

In terms of wines, the star product of this space, each option was thought out to the smallest detail by Miguel Martins, the already known Sommelier of the W Algarve. Consisting of more than 1000 national and international references and a varied selection of wines by the glass, the menu will also have an exclusive champagne in Portugal only available at Vino by Paper Moon.

The wine list has been carefully selected to match the dishes presented, offering a unique dining experience.
