Airlines led the way in complaints (35.3%), followed by travel booking sites (26.3%) and accommodation booking sites (12.3%), according to a statement.

The main reasons for complaints are problems linked to refunds (20.8%), undue billing (12.7%), lack of quality of service/hosting (9.8%), difficulties in customer support (7 .3%), problems with cancelling the reservation (6.7%) and cancelling/changing the flight (6.1%).
